After having caramelized sprouts at my favorite restaurant, I knew that I wanted to enjoy these at home too. It is simple to make, and doesn't take too much time in the kitchen too. Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°. In a large bowl, toss the first 7 ingredients. Place on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until browned and crispy, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish; top with blue cheese and honey.
