Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ruby red grapefruit juice
  • 2 tablespoons grated grapefruit zest
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 2 cups lightly salted cashews

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, stir together juice, zest and rosemary. Add cashews; stir to combine. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake until fragrant and nuts start to brown, 12-14 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
